As a native of Charlotte, Carl possesses a profound and unique understanding of the Queen City and its surrounding areas. He has witnessed the change and growth firsthand, with his knowledge and love for Charlotte helping fuel his success.
Carl spent his younger days at Charlotte Country Day School before graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Economics. Instilled with values of honesty and respect from childhood, Carl embraces the acronym TBA — Trust. Belief. Accountability. A team motto he learned while playing football at URI, now applying it to his real estate career.
Carl is an experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge assisting both seasoned and first-time homebuyers. Whether it's buying, selling, or renting, he prioritizes understanding his clients' needs and works tirelessly to meet their objectives efficiently and effectively, thus fostering lasting connections and ensuring an unparalleled experience for his clients.
Carl has been happily married to his wife, Rebecca, since 2017. When he isn't assisting his real estate clients, Carl enjoys volunteering as a high school football and baseball coach, exploring all Charlotte has to offer, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
